Join Moms of Early Childhood!

Hey everyone!

We hope you’ve been taking care of yourself – and we don’t just mean hand-washing and wearing a mask. When was the last time you asked yourself, how am I? The constant COVID-19 news quickly becomes overwhelming, and we’re all adjusting to working from home, trying to homeschool, attempting to maintain sanity…let’s just say it’s not easy. And it’s certainly easy to feel, well, alone.

We designed Moms of Early Childhood as a way to combat that feeling of loneliness. Our new St. John’s-sponsored Facebook group is a place where all women – teachers, new moms, moms-to-be, empty nesters, grandmothers, and everyone in-between – can meet in a virtual safe space. It’s where we can voice our best advice, look for the best recommendations, and share that one hilarious meme we can all relate to. St. John’s will be there to find the information you need and share the many combined years of expertise that our administrators, staff and teachers have.

Not a parent of a St. John’s kid? Not a problem. Even if you’re on our waitlist or just an interested community member, join us! All are welcome. All we ask is that you be kind; remember this is a judgement-free zone where everyone should feel welcome, not wrong or criticized. That’s the only rule!

In the meantime, take care of yourself. You’re appreciated and loved – and never alone.

(Oh, and don’t worry dads – our Dads of Early Childhood page is in the making!)
