Our Mission:

The first years of life are extremely important to a child’s development. Children’s self-concepts begin in the early years of life as they begin to identify themselves as unique individuals in God’s world.

Everyday activities become the foundation for later development. Each child will be guided and encouraged to grow, developing a high sense of self-esteem as a child of God.

St. John’s CCDC will provide a safe and enjoyable environment that nurtures developing skills in partnership with parents.

We are committed to glorifying God and serving the needs of others by teaching through word and deed in a Christian environment. We operate St. John’s CCDC to build positive relationships with God, families, and our community.

St. John’s Community Child Development Center (CCDC) exists to touch lives and make a difference in Salt Lake City by “Sharing a Caring Christ” to children as they grow spiritually, emotionally, mentally, socially and physically.
• Did you know? You can submit volunteer hours online! Visit our Parent Involvement page.
• Just a reminder: if your child is feeling under-the-weather, please keep them home. It’s stressful to have a sick child, but look at the bright side - you both get to enjoy some extra snuggle time and stories! We really appreciate your help in preventing the spread of illness here at St. John’s.
Please join us for our first-ever Parent Education Nights!
